Job Description: As an Events Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing events across the EU and Asia, showcasing our products and solutions to existing and potential clients. This role is essential to our marketing strategy, requiring a blend of creativity, organisational skills, and a deep understanding of event logistics. The position also involves general marketing duties, including digital marketing, to support the overall marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Events Marketing (60%):
  
  • Plan, organise, and execute events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the EU and Asia.
  • Attend several trade shows in the EU in the year with the company.  
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to maximise brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyse event performance and prepare post-event reports.
• General Marketing Assistance (40%):
  
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Assist in managing the company’s online presence and website content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
