CIPHER Medical are looking to expand their #oneteam in the Manchester area by recruiting Medical Responders to join our Events Medical team on a bank basis. CIPHER Medical provide first class cover across the UK including, but not limited to, football grounds, cricket grounds, obstacle course races and elite sports.
Required Skills:
- Appropriate nationally recognised pre-hospital care qualification - FREC 3 is a minimum requirement (but we will also accept applications from candidates with FREC 4 & current 2nd or 3rd year Student Paramedics).
- A caring attitude towards patients and the ability to show empathy
- To be flexible, approachable, calm, enthusiastic, honest and have integrity
- Good all- round communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, other staff, and management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Essential Experience/Requirement:
- Valid, in date Certification or license as a medic (FREC 3 as a minimum)
- Up to date eLearning
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (CIPHER Medical may provide for successful candidates)
Rate of pay will be dependent on medical grade and £12ph is based on a FREC 3 qualification.
