Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Events Organiser based in Bedford for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Full-time with occasional 12 hour shifts on event days

The role…

As the Events Organiser your role will involve the following important duties:

• Responsible for the setup and delivery of onsite services.
• Managing logistics for events, including answering queries and sending instructions.
• Liaising with and visiting clients to ensure appropriate spaces are booked for events.
• Using provided layouts to set up event spaces.
• Manage onsite crew.
• Oversee warehouse activities to ensure stock accuracy for events.
• Maintain event planners and calendars.

The experience required…

As a successful Events Organiser, you will have the following:

• Minimum years of experience within an events role.
• Experience working with external agencies and logistics companies.
• Experience creating event plans and calendars.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in creating and manipulating spreadsheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
