Reporting to the Head of Public Facing Activity, and managing your own workload, you will play a key role in the creative and strategic development, curation and delivery of The Forum's programme of activity and events, working with colleagues, partners, volunteers and the whole community. You will be responsible for creating compelling, high quality and exciting programmes of activity, to attract a wide audience, and strengthen the positioning and creative value of The Forum within the local and regional cultural landscape. The role will have specific responsibility for the development of a new books festival, a celebration of books and literature, reading and creative writing, building on the strong partnerships with the National Centre for Writing (NCW), Norfolk Libraries Service and others and the international recognition of Norwich's literary status as the first UNESCO City of Literature in England.
