With a truly diverse portfolio they manage and deliver projects including conferences, sales meetings, gala dinners, product launches and incentives for an impressive client base predominately within the pharmaceutical sector. Working on smaller projects through to large-scale and complex events across the world this is a great opportunity to support on a wide range of events and gain valuable experience.

You will be given the chance to work within a supportive environment as part of a close-knit, friendly and sociable team!

They offer flexible working with expectations to go into the office once or twice a month. As a junior member of the team it would beneficial to be local to the office in order to work from the office a little more for support and training.

The Role

Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Project Assistant to join their talented team. You will provide support in the end to end management of projects, delivering on smaller projects as you gain experience and confidence. 

This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore international travel may also be required.

As a Project Assistant your key responsibilities will include;

-          Assist Project Managers with end to end delivery

-          Working across a range of live, hybrid and virtual events

-          Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

-          Liaising with clients, delegates and suppliers

-          Working to deadlines and project timelines

-          Developing financial management skills

-          Working across a range of IT systems including Cvent

-          Assisting with internal projects including marketing and business development

The Candidate 

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
