Exam Invigilator

Reed further education is seeking a casual Exam Invigilator for a client based in Cambridge who's student requires assistance during their exams.

The roles will be working through Reed FE, so we will be required to do employment checks.

Job Title: Exam Invigilator

Position: Part-Time Casual Hours

Role type: Temporary Ongoing

Location: Cambridge

Rate: GBP13.00 p/h including holiday pay

Responsibilities:

The role is casual and the confirmed exam dates are Monday 22nd and Wednesday 24th of July 2024. The candidate would be required to work for approximately 10 hours each day. They will be required as well for two mock exam days that will be confirmed at a later date.

You will also have a brief initial meeting with the student and the exam provider to discuss the requirements and to familiarise yourself with the software.

The role involves scribing for the student during the exams and to ensure all exam policies are followed and upheld.

Successful Exam Invigilators will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English & Maths
• Experience in exam invigilating and scribing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to use IT systems.
