We are seeking diligent and professional Exam Invigilators to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of examinations. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the examination process, supporting candidates, and creating a conducive exam environment.
Day to day of the role:
- Prepare examination rooms according to strict guidelines, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
- Collaborate with the exams team to organize and distribute exam papers and verify their availability.
- Maintain a quiet and focused atmosphere, addressing any disruptions promptly and professionally.
- Distribute and collect exam papers at the start and end of the exam, respectively.
- Observe candidates to prevent cheating or irregularities and provide support as needed.
- Respond to emergencies during exams by following established protocols.
- Document and report any incidents or irregularities to the exams officer or relevant authority.
