SalaryTransport company is seeking experienced Exam Invigilators / Facilitators to support with undertaking project-based recruitment assessment activities in London.
These are temporary roles to start ASAP for an initial 6-month period and will pay £125 per day PAYE.
Working hours: Between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working.
Location: West Kensington, North Greenwich and Stratford.
The Exam Invigilators / Facilitators will support with co-ordinating the end-to-end administration of assessment centres within the recruitment process. Duties include:
- Undertake face-to-face candidate activity in accordance with the organisations volume recruitment campaign requirements
- Support with coordinating assessment centre events
- Prepare assessment registration materials in advance of each event
- Work in partnership with Assessors to prepare assessment rooms
- Monitoring and recording any lateness or non-attendance
- Record the progress of the marking of candidate papers by Assessors
- Register candidate arrivals at assessment events: check and verify all ID and documentation
- Invigilating exams
- Ensure the candidate experience throughout the assessment centre is positive
The ideal Exam Invigilators/ Facilitators will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience of facilitating assessment centres and exam invigilation
- Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to deliver within it
- Experience of working to demanding targets and meeting tight service levels
- The ability to compile accurate, well-presented documentation
- A good working knowledge of basic IT applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & online systems
- Customer / candidate relationship and customer / candidate service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Service and delivery focused with a professional attitude
