Exam Management Co-ordinator

Location: Stamford / Hybrid

Salary: £25,026 - £29,719 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity where the successful post holder will be working within a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the Member Services department. As an Exam Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the exam and assessment process. This activity involves the accurate and timely input of data, communicating effectively with students, study centres and suppliers, supporting the publishing of examination and assessment results and the issuing of certificates.

You will have strong operational skills, be a problem solver and have the ability to deliver service excellence. In guiding and supporting their students, study centres and suppliers you will have the ability to work autonomously and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines. You will be adaptable to change and have the enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with colleagues and key suppliers ensure that the Examinations Management schedule is delivered on time without error or omission.
  • Provide high quality service via all contact mediums to both internal and external customs ensuring that key performance indicators and service level agreements are met.
  • Process all student requests for examination special consideration or reasonable adjustment.
  • Report on all special examination and assessment requests to the Awarding Body and Assessment Quality Board.
  • Ensure that all results are communicated accurately to students and study centres on agreed date and by the agreed method.
  • Manage all Examination and Assessment Appeals within procedures and guidelines laid down by the Awarding Body.
  • Using the Creatio tool, maintain non-conformance logs. Using this insight, identify corrective action through root cause analysis and help deliver process improvement.
  • Support in raising of supplier purchase orders and invoice approvals.
  • Support in the onboarding of examination centres in their use of CIPS assessment/examination platforms.
  • Support in ensuring examination centres are operationally ready for delivery of examinations ahead of each series, working with study centres and third party suppliers of this service Exam Management Coordinator 3
  • Take personal accountability to be respectful of the potential for Conflict of interest occurring that you are knowledgeable of the internal and external regulatory requirements and your personal responsibility including escalation of any concerns.
  • Take personal responsibility to ensure the security of all assessment material and data.
  • Support all areas of change and continuous improvement to enhance their service offering.
  • To carry out any additional duties that may be requested as business needs in the examination and process arena change.
