Exam Officer

Smile Education are recruiting for a school experienced Exam Officer to start immediately for a school in Birmingham.
This role will be full time Monday – Friday 08.00-16.00
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Be responsible for the timetabling and organisation of all internal and external exams.
• To provide analysis of exam performances
• Record data • Maintain bank of exam invigilators.
• Produce statements or exams for pupils.
• Download and distribute exam results.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Experience as an Exam Officer.
• Have prior experience in using SIMS or CMIS/BROMCOM/ARBOR
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent levels of communication.
