Examination Invigilators

Do you enjoy working with people and have a sharp eye for detail?
Rougemont School are seeking to recruit an Exam Invigilator to work as part of a team in conducting both external and internal exams / assessments in line with all regulatory requirements.
The role will involve:
• Setting up exam rooms, including all necessary materials are available
• Greeting students and provide them with necessary instructions
• Monitoring exam rooms during assessment ensuring that students are adhering to all exam rules and regulations
• Handling any issues or concerns that arise during exams in a professional and timely manner
We are seeking applications from individuals who have effective communication and interpersonal skills; are reliable, flexible and readily available during the main exam periods and have strong administrative skills. Experience of being an invigilator, whilst desirable, is not essential as training will be provided prior to the Summer 2024 exam session.
