The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Examinations Team. The MIS and Examinations Department deals with over 40,000 student qualifications annually, run by over 30 Examination Boards across multiple college sites throughout the year.
This varied role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide an outstanding service in both the administering of student assessment and the examination and certification of qualifications, whilst ensuring all are completed in accordance with the Welsh Government and Awarding Bodies Requirements.

- £24,131 - £26,268 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of the examination process for areas assigned
- Compliance with JCQ and College procedures when preparing for and during examination
- Recording of examinations data within College and Awarding bodies systems
About you:
- 5 GCSE’s (grade A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration/Customer service or equivalent
- Strong planning and organising abilities
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Able to solve problems and use own initiative
