We are seeking to appoint a team of examination invigilators across the school year to support both internal and external examinations. Invigilators must commit to being available throughout the summer examination period from mid-May until the end of June. There will be the opportunity for employment at other times of the year supporting internal examinations.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the examinations are run smoothly within awarding body regulations and to ensure that candidates conduct themselves properly. You will support both within the main examination room and/or support an individual student by reading and scribing.
The successful candidate will:
- be able to work flexible daytime hours
- be well organised, punctual and reliable
- have excellent attention to detail
- have good communication skills and be able to follow and enforce strict regulations
- the ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable and professional manner when working with students

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
