Exams Access Arrangements Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an Exams Access Arrangements Officer to work in our Additional Learning Support department. The role of EAA Officer will be an integral member of the Inclusion Service and will involve planning, arranging and submitting Exam Access Arrangements for learners, in line with Awarding Body regulations.                        We are looking for a candidate with an appropriate qualification to teach, and has experience of assessing students to initiate Exam Access Arrangements as well as a proven history of successfully supporting students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in an FE/HE environment. As an Exams Access Arrangements Officer, you should: -Hold a teaching qualification -Hold Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (CCET) Level A or a Post Graduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements (PAPPA), or willing to complete within 12 months in post -Hold GCSE A* C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or equivalent -Ideally (but not essential) hold a Specialist Teacher SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) Assessment Practising Certificate See what we have to offer and come and join us…You won’t be disappointed!
