Job Title:Exams Administrator
Location: Kingston
Hours: 8.45 to 5.00 Mon - Thurs, 8.45 to 4.45 Fri.
Contract: Temporary, at least until June
Pay: £17.50 p/h
What the role entails:
An Exams Administrator takes responsibility both individually and within the team for all aspects of examination administration in liaison with stakeholders such as awarding body contacts, examiners and inspectors, management, teaching and administration staff colleagues, students and parents. Some knowledge and experience of working in exams is preferred but demonstration of relevant administrative, communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, is a pre-requisite.
What we need from you
- GCSE or equivalent maths and English
- General administration experience
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work proactively, prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines and take responsibility for specific areas of work both as an individual and within a team
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one
