Lodge Park Academy are now recruiting for an Exams Assistant/Lead Invigilator (casual/Zero hours contract)

About the role

To provide specific exam administrative functions for the academy under the direction or instruction of senior staff.

To contribute to the efficient and effective running of all internal and external examinations within the academy, including liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards.

  • Support the overall smooth running of internal and external examinations, ensuring that allrelated administration and preparation is undertaken in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations (on behalf of the JCQ member awarding bodies ) and/or awarding body rules for exam administration in a consistent and secure fashion, thereby helping to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.
  • Supervise other staff involved in examinations
  • Contribute to the preparation of examinations, including room set up, attendance registers,securely storing and checking papers, providing and checking seating plans and stationery
  • Disseminate examination information to staff, pupils and parents / carers, including examand invigilation timetables, guidelines and querying results
