Who are we looking for?

At Totton College we are in search of sessional Examination Invigilators who hold good people and communication skills with the ability to work well with others, especially our students.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Preparing examination rooms before students enter.

·       Giving out examination papers, giving instructions to students.

·       Ensuring that the exam starts and finishes on time.

·       Checking that all unauthorised items such as mobile phones and watches are cleared from the candidate’s person before the exam starts.

·       It is also the responsibility of the invigilator to ensure the exam is conducted fairly and that no student has an advantage over another and follows JCQ regulations

An Enhanced DBS check will be required
