Your new company
Notre Dame High School is an 11-18 year old, highly successful and oversubscribed Roman Catholic school with Academy status. They are part of the St John the Baptist Catholic MAT. They pride themselves on being an outstanding school, one of only 37 EEF Research Schools nationally, and a newly designated Teaching School Hub.
Your new role
Now they are looking to appoint a dynamic, highly organised, and enthusiastic individual to manage their busy exams department.
The successful candidate needs to be capable of managing people as well as providing efficient and effective administration and delivery of all internal and external exams. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, the ability to forward plan and have excellent communication skills.
What you\'ll need to succeed
*High attention to detail.
*Proven track record of managing a team, as well as being able to work autonomously.
*Be able to work to deadlines.
*Cope with high work-loads.
*Deal with internal and external stakeholders.
*High administration experience.
*Education background is highly desired.
