Hays Education are working with a secondary school in North Nottinghamshire who are looking for an experienced Exams Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role
As Exams Officer, you will be working to ensure the efficient process of examinations, from entry right through to results processing and management. This role will be working closely with the Data and Exams Manager and the senior leadership team, and you will be the first point of contact for all queries regarding examinations. You will work to ensure compliance with examination boards and school policies, procedures, and timescales and demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Experience working within a school, college, or other educational setting (essential)
- Working knowledge of systems such as MS Office
- Experience using school systems or ability to pick systems up quickly
- Great organisation and time management skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
