Satis Education are recruiting! We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Exams Officer, for our client school in Stoke-on-Trent. The position is permanent and on a full-time basis and will commence in September 2024.

Our client school in Stoke-on-Trent is looking to appoint an Exams Officer to join their dedicated staff team, who will be responsible for overseeing the examination process within the school.

They require a flexible, professional and enthusiastic individual who embodies their vision and values. The post holder will undertake a variety of clerical / administrative based work to oversee the examination process within the school, including pre examination preparation, ensuring exams are appropriately staffed with Exam Invigilators, and managing the process of publishing / releasing examination results to students.

The post will be demanding, requiring a high degree of confidentiality but will prove both interesting and rewarding to the successful candidate.

• Organisational skills and administrative experience is essential.
• Experience of using Microsoft software is essential and similar experience within a similar role will be advantageous.
• The ability to cope and remain calm in a busy environment and enjoy working with the 11-16 age group is vital.
• A good general education (minimum Level 2 in English and Maths) is also required.
