We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exams Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office administrative skills and be adept at managing time effectively. While prior experience in exams administration is desirable, we are open to providing training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of various examinations, including GCSE, A-levels, BTEC, Functional Skills, etc.
- Coordinate exam schedules, venues, invigilators, and necessary resources.
- Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and guidelines.
- Manage exam administration processes, including registration, distribution of exam materials, and result processing.
- Liaise with students, staff, and external stakeholders regarding exam-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to exams and student assessments.
- Provide support during exam periods, including managing exam venues and addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in office administrative tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
