Job description

In the role of an Exams Processor, you’ll predominantly be based at the Huddersfield Waterfront Centre with an opportunity to operate at our other sites as required. Your focus will be on undertaking administrative and operational duties supporting exam management ensuring that the College provides an effective and outstanding internal and external examinations service. Your key responsibilities will include the preparation and submission of examination entries to Awarding Organisations, liaising with academic and support staff to ensure the accurate and timely submission of exam entries. It is a highly demanding job but if you love working with data, processes and information it is a great opportunity for you. Ideally, you’ll have a Level 2 in literacy and numeracy (e.g. GCSE English and Maths at grad A*- C or 4 – 9) as well as a minimum Level 2 or equivalent IT qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience of providing a first class administrative service ideally in the education sector. It’s important that you’re able to communicate at ease with members of the public as providing advice in accurate spoken English is essential and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
