Exceptional Administrator Newbury

We are privileged to work with this particular client who are looking to find fill a Maternity Cover vacancy for their Newbury Branch. We need someone who first and foremost is a team player, who has exceptional administrative and organisational skills but also able to communicate with people in person, over the phone and over email.

You will play a key role in this Branch, from setting up registrations with new customers, dealing with enquiries via email/phone, organising diaries, booking in meetings, adhering to processes, preparing invoices, advertising, using social media, networking with other branches and sending out confirmations of bookings too.

This role is pivotal in this extremely successful and fast paced Branch. It will require someone to work full time hours including some Saturdays - possibly alternate with time off during the week, although this is to be confirmed.
