Executive Administrator
We are recruiting for an Executive Administrator in the Solihull area on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced executive team at the heart of a world-class company. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Executive Administrator to provide a high level of secretarial and administration support to the Senior Team.
As an Executive Administrator, you will need to have/be:
- Able to demonstrate experience in a similar role
- Experience in minute taking is essential
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as Teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An organised approach and excellent time management skills
- Trust and discretion/confidentiality
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive, confident, and positive approach
- Team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work across the teams and liaise with different business areas
Details:
- Salary: £25, 000 - £28, 000
- Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Location: Solihull
- Duration: Permanent
Role of an Executive Administrator:
- Complex diary management for the Senior Team
- Creating detailed travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, travel documentation)
- Answering and carrying out telephone calls, taking clear and detailed messages following on from customer enquires or complaints
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Arranging and Coordinating events
- Liaising with other areas of the business (HR, Finance etc)
- Processing of expenses, mileage, and invoices
- Administration support - emails, post, assistance with reports and presentations
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
