Company Overview
Working alongside our Shared Support Team this role is to support the two co-founders of the Elite Group in their varying business interests; The Elite Group comprises a number of brands with different functions; Dental Elite; the UK's most active Dental Practice Sales Agent with complimentary services such as Recruitment and Commercial Finance, Accountancy Elite; a boutique recruitment agency recruiting for the accounting profession, Owen Froebel; a startup sales agent for the day nurseries sector and the Little Nurseries Group covering six day nurseries across the Midlands. You will be based in our office based in Rugby Town Centre working alongside c30 others who work from Rugby on a weekly basis in a group currently employing circa 110 team members overall.
This role is to work within Elite Shared Services which is an internal organisation supporting the companies comprising of six others all based within Rugby. More directly you will work alongside another longstanding semi-retired EA who has been with the group for over 10 years who works c10 hours per week.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
o Project Management – eg securing new Communications & IT Supplier;
o HR - including maintenance of Wages Schedule, production of Offer Letter, Contract, correspondence, creation and maintenance of Holiday Record Sheet, New Starter Set-up and Induction, Leaver admin
o On-site Tech Support & Liaison with out-sourced IT Consultants
o Liaise with Communications supplier
o Quarterly Board/Management meeting minute preparation and action follow-up
o Updating of Company Handbook in line with changes to Government Legislation
o Liaise with Management Company of 10 Student Let Properties in Nottingham
o Liaise with in-house Maintenance Technician to ensure all works carried out expeditiously and economically
o Annual visit to properties to assess works required
o Appoint contractors and purchase fixtures and fittings, as and when necessary.
o Support Founders with acquisition of Nurseries; liaison with Solicitors, Surveyors, Sellers via telephone and email
o HR – including maintenance of Wages Schedule, production of Contract, correspondence and creation of Annual Holiday Record Sheet
o Assist Director of Nurseries with Annual Salary Increases
o Updating of Employee Handbook in line with changes to Government Legislation
o On acquisition, and thereafter annual renewal of Insurance Policies.

The Essentials
Our successful applicant should hold the core competencies and the proven ability to work as part of a team given the job share nature of this piece of recruitment.
The recruited individual to an extent will be able to dictate their own work pattern to fulfill the 25 hours per week but will likely be required to attend the Rugby office at least two days per week as a minimum one of which will be a Tuesday. Other hours can be completed from home.

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
