Executive Assistant / Project Manager
Our client currently has a new opening for a Executive Assistant / Project Manager to come and board and play a key role in the organisation. This is a real lynch pin role and will require someone who is proactive, intelligent, has a high level of EQ and is crucial to the success of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects through from start to finish.
- Management of timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Main point of contact for clients.
- Set up and arranging meetings.
- Handling ever changing diaries.
- Awareness of status of each project.
- Working very closely with Director and Team preparing client reports.
- Preparing expenses and processing.
- Client invoice preparation.
- General admin and housekeeping.
- Keeping database updated with client information.
- Preparation of proposals and documents – proof-reading and formatting.
- Working closely with BD and Marketing Dept. regarding marketing and events.
- Creating mailing lists and keeping them updated.

- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Real team player with a muck in attitude.
- Ability to make good judgement decisions.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
- Two years previous relevant experience within a similar role.
