Job description

Executive Assistant to CEO - 12 month maternity cover

£35,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid/ fully remote

Uppermill

A unique opportunity in Uppermill to work hand in hand with a CEO who is young, driven, ambitious and goal orientated as their Executive Assistant. What an opportunity…..

This 12 month contract will set you apart from other Executive Assistants in the market solely because of the exposure you'll have and the company/ CEO you'll be working for. What you'll learn here in 12 months is far greater than what you'll learn elsewhere in 3-5 years.

So if you're either immediately available or you are in work but want to challenge yourself and are eager to become an even better EA in 12 months' time, this is the place to be.

As a CEO who has a firm belief "do your work to the best of your ability, that is all I ask" he is one of the most approachable and genuine CEO's you can work with. He's not bothered if you work fully remote, hybrid or full time office and has complete flexibility on the structure of your day providing the work gets done.

Your remit will cover supporting the CEO on company projects, research and analysis, managing their diary and travel, holding management and board meetings, agendas, planning and forecasting for the big goals and plans this CEO has and being their right hand person for anything business, and some personal related tasks.

What he requires is someone strong minded, commercially aware and goal focused that can keep up with the ever changing, fast paced industry and environment. Someone like minded to him, someone that will tell him when an idea he has won't work or a plan he thinks of may fail. He needs this direct approach, he needs someone with a bit about them that has the business in their best interests.

The current Executive Assistant is heading off on maternity leave in June so ideal if someone can start before this to have a complete hand over where she can show you the ropes and you can run with it for 12 months and add your own flair.

This is a company who celebrates each and every staff member's individuality, the way you like to work, your ideas and thoughts. It's modern, it's up and coming and it's exciting and in 12 months you'll see this business go from strength to strength and have incredible sustainable growth.

Super exciting!

EA's - this is the role you've been looking for so apply immediately/ send your CV to:
