As the Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage complex schedules, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
The key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's busy schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
- Assist in organising and coordinating executive-level meetings, events, and conferences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
