JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to the CEO
LOCATION: Crawley, West Sussex with occasional travel to other locations
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (hybrid 3 days a week in the office, 2 days at home)
SALARY: 28,000 - 34,000 per annum dependant on experience
Office Angels has teamed up with their client to on board a Executive Assistant to support their CEO within the Healthcare Industry.
To ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to the successful running of the Company.
About your new role:
- Managing email inboxes
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating activities
- Diary management
- Obtaining updates from stakeholders and following up on meeting actions
- Filing & uploading documents to SharePoint
- Office management
About you:
- Experience working within a PA role for 1-2 years+ is essential
- Experience working within the Health care industry is desirable, however not essential
- Proficient in IT software's such as Microsoft Office Packages
- SharePoint experience is an advantage
