Our client, a family run business who have become a market leading designer, manufacturer and supplier within their industry are looking for an experienced Executive/ Personal Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, working within the office to support and assist the Managing Director and Leadership team. As the Executive Assistant your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with the leadership and management teams to ensure a smooth overall running of the office
- Provide support to the Managing Director to ensure they work towards to their objectives and best utilise their time
- Full responsibility for all aspects of the office management: filing, catering, administration, health and safety policies,etc
- Work closely with the facilities and compliance managers to ensure all safety within the office and other premises are followed
- Plan, Schedule and organise meetings, presentations, fundraiser's, etc.
- Oversee the Managing Directors calendar and act as the gatekeeper to their time to ensure they stay on track with their diary.
For the ideal Executive Assistant, you will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience having worked perviously as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and duties at once
- Be IT literate, having a good working knowledge of various systems and softwares
- The proven ability to keep a office in working order: keeping up to date with stationary orders, ensuring the kitchen is stocked up, maintaining cleanliness throughout.
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Be able to steer colleagues and managing directors in the right direction, ensuring they stay on track to their own objectives
