Salary We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at Milton Hill House and play a key role in our continued success.
As our Executive Chef you will ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment, collaborating with a dedicated team of culinary professionals.
We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and creating delicious, mouthwatering dishes that leave a lasting impression.

More about the role:
Oversee back-of-house operations.
Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff.
Develop recipes and menus.
Determine plating and presentation plans.
Order and evaluate the quality of new food.
Who you are:
Proven working experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Creative flair for recipe development
Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality
