Due to the location you will need to be a driver.
The head chef will lead the team of 6/7 Chefs to prepare and deliver signature rustic food served with a modern twist.
You will join a business who pride themselves on making everything from scratch every day, with the freshest local produce, in their own kitchens and with a talented team of chefs, cooks and bakers.
Within the role you will work daytime hours and every other weekend.
The ideal Executive Chef will have:
- Previous experience within a Head chef role from a high end/ boutique kitchen where you have produced all food from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team
- Strong commercial awareness to improve profitability
- Personable/friendly and approachable management style
