An exciting opportunity for an Executive Head Chef at a countryside hotel nestled in the beautiful location of Buckinghamshire.
As Head Chef you will ensure the efficient and effective running of the kitchen and team, prepare and present food to a high standard within compliance of food and safety regulations and plan all new menus whilst striving to anticipate customer needs.
You will supervise, train and motivate a team making sure standards are followed and conducting regular staff reviews.
The right candidate must recognise and meet the Rosette standards for excellence.
