Your ideal profile?
Previous experience as an Executive Head Chef, strong history of leading fast paced environments and developing kitchen teams.
Your Mission?
- Manage and review profitability of all aspects of the kitchen.

• Controlling food purchasing and stock management with the rest of the senior kitchen team.
• Development and implementation of new menus.
• Lead, Supervise and organise training for kitchen brigade always encouraging development and growth.
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety, health and safety legislation and all internal requirements.
