The Executive Headteacher is a lead professional and a significant role model within the wide sphere of influence of our Trust, Excelsior Multi Academy Trust.
As Executive Headteacher you will be responsible for prioritising support and challenge to each Headteacher across all aspects of their work, focusing on creating a culture of constant improvement as aspirational leaders.
As Executive Headteacher you will have the line management responsibility for the Headteachers and work closely with all the 3 Regional Governing Bodies (RGBs).
