Executive Housekeeper - Caribbean

Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 + Bonus + Housing Allowance + Home Leave + Work Permit

Location: Turks & Caicos

Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Executive Housekeeper If you're enthusiastic about being a leader and contributing to a dynamic team, get in touch!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the property
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources

Ideal Executive Housekeeper:

• Minimum two years in similar role in luxury hotel
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential for this role
• Caribbean experience preferred
• Strong communication skills required and ability to train staff to meet standards
• Ability to remain level-headed and work under pressure
