·Develop the largest active market share within the region

·Grow the property register by maximizing revenues as the primary instruction taker

·Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

·Lead and mentor employees through regular reviews and team meetings

·Drive team performance through effective management and action planning

Ideal Candidate:

·Previous Estate Agency and customer service experience is essential

·Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving goals

·Strong team management skills

·Highly motivated and enthusiastic

·Upholds high standards of service and presentation

·Organized with excellent planning abilities

·Demonstrates innovative ideas for market growth

·Must possess a car, valid driving license, and business use insurance
