Job description

An exciting opportunity to work in the centre of Cardiff, this hybrid role offers full time working hours on a 12 month contract, superb benefits package which includes flexible working hours.
If you have excellent organisational skills plus an administration background working within a busy environment along with your superb oral and written communication skills this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities Include:
Schedule meetings/hearings and ensure their smooth operation.
Arrange briefing meetings with panel members, Presenting Officers, and legal advisers.
Act as Clerk at all disciplinary, suitability, and Induction Appeal hearings/meetings, whether in person or virtually.
Organise services, public access arrangements, accommodation, refreshments, and transportation for members and colleagues as needed.
Maintain electronic and paper case files and filing systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
