My client, a globally renowned 5-star hotel chain, is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to join their team in Chicago.
This prestigious position involves overseeing all aspects of the pastry department, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional culinary experience.

As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the production of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
You will manage the pastry team, develop innovative and seasonal menu items, and maintain inventory and cost control.
Ensuring your expertise enhances the overall dining experience, delighting guests with exceptional and memorable pastries.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience of operational kitchen management, preferably in a fine dining establishment
• Mastery of pastry cooking techniques with a comprehensive understanding of flavors and an open-minded approach
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work well with others
• A genuine passion for pastry and a dedication to creating delicious and visually stunning desserts
