Job Description:
As an Executive / Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our CEO and senior management team. This is a varied and challenging role that will require you to work closely with various departments across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the diary of the CEO and senior management team, ensuring that meetings and appointments are arranged efficiently and effectively
- Handle all incoming calls and correspondence on behalf of the CEO and ensure that queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage the reception area
- Organise and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transfers
- Co-ordinate and manage internal and external events, such as conferences and meetings
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Additional administrative duties as required
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant within a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to work autonomously and proactively
- A positive and flexible attitude with the ability to handle pressure and use initiative
- Previous experience within a healthcare setting would be beneficial but not essential
