As the Executive Sales assistant your role is pivotal in ensuring impeccable customer service from start to finish. Your daily tasks will range from liaising with clients to managing customer accounts. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account management position.
Sales Management:
- Utilise the company's CRM to identify sales opportunities and generate revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
- Prospect and onboard new clients, conducting sales presentations and negotiations as needed.
- Manage information provided to customers regarding orders and projects.
- Collaborate with the Sales Directors to develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports and analysis to the Sales Directors.
- Act as the first point of contact on a day to day basis.
- Attend quarterly/yearly business reviews with customers when required.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Work closely with key clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Serve as a liaison between key clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Complete and issue new project briefs to the relevant department and drive progress through the company system.
- Produce and maintain key customer forecast documents.
- Ensure all customer orders are processed either in person or through an order processing assistant, regularly checking the system for updates and checking uploads.
