As an Executive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will encompass establishing the dominant market presence in the area, optimizing revenues, expanding the property portfolio, fostering strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, ensuring branch profitability, meeting financial targets, and effectively leading and motivating the team to achieve outstanding performance through strategic planning and execution.
Ideal candidates must possess prior experience in the Estate Agency field, coupled with a strong customer service background.
