Location: Exeter St Davids train Station
Pay rate: £12.00PH + £50-£100 bonus.
Duration: 28th March - 14 April, we are looking for x3 candidates to be flexible to work across this period 10+ days.
Shift Patterns: Various: Earliest start time 0735am, latest start time 1205pm. Latest finish is 1935pm.
Adecco UK are currently seeking committed and Safety conscious staff to work as a Luggage Assistant at St Davids Station!
You will receive a travel letter to enable you to board the train with passengers whilst helping with their luggage.
Role Description:
You'll be assisting the passengers in the station who have booked assistance with their luggage when they onboard/depart a train.
You would be ensuring the safe storing of a customer's luggage throughout the duration of their journey and once they reach their intended destination, you will assist in safely readying a customer's luggage for departure.
You will also provide general information to members of the public/customers to ensure they understand where to go during their journey.
You will be involved in....
- Meeting and greeting our customers at the station
- Supporting customers with Luggage handling on the trains
- Ensuring the safety of the train environment
- Providing a friendly and personable service
- Have a professional, but fun approach to your work.
- Be passionate about providing amazing customer service.
- Love working as part of a team, but able to work independently too.
- Have first class interpersonal skills.
- Love the buzz of a busy environment, be able to keep your cool under pressure.
- Be safety conscious - able to spot and anticipate risk.
