We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support to the management team and ensure smooth operations of the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
