Location: Cambridge, UK

Contract: Permanent; hybrid (2 days per working from the office are expected)


We are looking for an expenses specialist, whose primary role is to oversee the company credit cards. From application submission to day-to-day queries, as well some other ad hoc duties.

About the role

The objective of this role is to ensure staff within the business who require a company credit card do so in a prompt and timely manner. They will be responsible for credit card management and administration on a global scale, liaising with staff, and banks on a daily basis should the need arise.


Ad hoc duties include running reports for credit cards and expenses, plus managing employee Aged Creditors. Assisting with set up of employee to our expenses system SAP Concur, and supporting the concur expenses team checking claims.


The successful candidate would report to the Global Expenses Manager, working closely with the Senior Expenses Specialist.


About you

We are looking for an individual with Accounts Payable and/or expenses experience. Happy to work alone or part of team, highly driven and motivated. Knowledge of SAP or an ERP based system is desirable.
