We are looking for an experienced engineer to add to our existing team.
Clean driving licence essential, as a company car will be provided along with laptop and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
Providing an exceptional customer service
Essential Experience:
It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
Excellent IT / Networking skills
Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience
Manufacturer trained on Konica and Toshiba machines
Experience on IT solutions such as Papercut
