Job description

We have an exciting work from home opportunity for an experienced ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR to join our team.
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
o Knowledge of Excel, Word and Sage software.
o Willingness to learn how to use ECM and other systems to raise individual and bulk upload invoices for payment by the local authorities and private clients
o Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
o Expert in credit control
o Self motivated and well organised
o At least two years experience in a similar role
The role of ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR is key to ensure the smooth running of the business.
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
o Invoicing local authorities and our private clientelle.
o Creating statement of accounts to clients
o Bank Reconciliations
o Credit Control
o Working with finance teams across many local authorities to troubleshoot any discrepencies or issues with ECM and CM 2000.
o Work with the team to ensure that internal care managers and coordinators have provided the correct information as per the PO.
