We are seeking an experienced Freelance Administrator who shares our passion for excellence to support our administrative operations.
Position Overview:
As a Freelance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. You will be responsible for and take ownership of a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience working as a freelance administrator or in a remote environment is preferred
