We are looking for an Experienced Arable Operator to work on a 3,250 acre predominantly arable farm in Oxfordshire, growing wheat, barley, oilseed rape and beans.
Main responsibilities will include all types of arable work, together with machinery maintenance and general farm duties.
he successful candidate will need to have a proven track record and be willing to work within a small team as well as independently, and to high professional standards.
The farm is well-equipped with machinery and other facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity, in beautiful landscape, with a competitive remuneration package and a 3-bedroom house available.
