Experienced Block Property Manager
Starting Salary: GBP38-41k per annum depending on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week, 9-5 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch per day.
Location: Hybrid working (Home / Swindon Office / onsite)

The Role
As a Block Property Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential leasehold and freehold developments. This role involves direct correspondence and liaison with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders.
Each day will vary, but you could find yourself doing any of the below activities:
- Ensure that Notices, Service Charge and Ground Rent demands have been served in accordance with the Lease/Transfer documentation
- Carry out site inspections to ensure the developments meet fire/health and safety standards, identify maintenance requirements, take meter readings and organise repairs.
- Ensure developments have all relevant insurance policies and current fire risk/health & safety reports in place.
- Work with the Service Charge Account Manager for each development to prepare and approve budgets at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the service charge year and regularly review cash flow.
- Co-ordinate the property management assistants to ensure that works are carried out to maintain your developments to the highest standard. This will include the gardeners, cleaners, window cleaners etc
- Attend regular property management meetings (often via Teams)
